Below is the process and conversation around how the cities to reserve the city impact table and space in the Atrium

Steps
- The city uses the Request Form after reading the Atrium Space Guidelines* and checking the * Team Up Cadence Calendar
- Someone on the CI Staff recieves the form request and checks to make sure there are no conflicts on the calendar
- Charge Ipad and place in lock box
- Change lock box code
- Edit reminder email template and add new lock box code
- Send email to the whole city leadership team
- Let Darin Jameson know in communication which cities are present each week. So she can add it to her comms schedule and create a comming soon screen in service.
- Add a "meet us in the atrium" event for the city example
